Legal Service Agreement Name  This letter will confirm our agreement for the provision of legal services by Law Group PLLC, and secure your approval of the fee arrangement and other conditions of this representation. We are very pleased that you have retained us and will, of course, answer any questions that you may have about these arrangements.  1. Scope of Engagement.    A. Subject Matter. We have agreed that our firm will prepare and file B1/B2 visa application for Mary Brown ONLY.    B. Legal Fee. The legal fees shall be paid as follows: Upon the execution of the Agreement, you shall pay non-refundable US$1,500.00 attorney fees to us initial fee.    C. Limitation. Our representation is limited to the preparation and filling the forms. If you need our representation in connection with any appeal to any administrative board or court, you will have to make separate agreement with us. 2. Filling Fee. The legal fee does not cover government filing fees. The United States Citizenship and Immigration service (the "USCIS"), as of the date pf this letter, charges the following fee in connection in connection with B1/B2:Embassy/Interview Fee: $160Rapid Visa Fee: $149 The USCIS may charge additional fee or change the current fee schedule in the future. 3. Acceptance.    This letter constitutes the entire understanding between you and Law Group, PLLC and supersedes all prior understanding, written or oral, as to its subject matter. Any change must be made or confirmed in writing.
