(Awards, 50/50 Pot & Grand Prizes are awarded at 2:00 p.m.) Disclaimer: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge Car Show Union and its officials, directors, volunteers, employees, agents, representatives and servants, and anyone else connected with management or presentation of Car Show (the “Event”)(the “Released Parties”), of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property, including any losses caused by the negligence or strict liability of the Released Parties. Further, each entrant expressly agrees that entrant will not sue or make a claim against the Released Parties for injuries and/or damages sustained as a result of participation in the Event and will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, judgments, and costs, including attorney fees, incurred in connection with any action that may be brought as a result of participation in the Event. This release shall also prevent entrant’s spouse, heirs and assigns from pursuing any legal action or claim. Each entrant agrees to observe all rules and decisions of the Event.
